She has 14 years of experience in guiding students for extended essays for the above mentioned subjects which is the core part of IB Diploma Program. She has experience in obtaining affiliations of IBDP, CIE (Cambridge International Examination) and Council of International Schools (CIS accreditation). She was the coordinator of International Award for young people (IAYP) and organized camps and excursion for students.
She has been actively involved in other activities, such as Head of TED talk. She was also actively involved in cultural activities, conducted German Exchange Programme – EUMIND, Examiner in charge at DP level.

She worked as a Chinese teacher at an international school in the U.S. and then taught English in a well-known language training institution in China.
