She has 14 years of experience in guiding students for extended essays for the above mentioned subjects which is the core part of IB Diploma Program. She has experience in obtaining affiliations of IBDP, CIE (Cambridge International Examination) and Council of International Schools (CIS accreditation). She was the coordinator of International Award for young people (IAYP) and organized camps and excursion for students.
She has been actively involved in other activities, such as Head of TED talk. She was also actively involved in cultural activities, conducted German Exchange Programme – EUMIND, Examiner in charge at DP level.
She believes in Malcolm X’s words “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today”.
Pavle continues to enrich his knowledge of the sciences by keeping up to date with the latest research in biochemistry, and by occasionally taking University courses – he hopes to teach his students about science as a way of thinking about the universe, rather than simply a large body of knowledge.
An avid SCUBA diver, Pavle always tries to find new exciting places to dive around the world, and after successfully starting and coordinating a school SCUBA club in Caracas, he hopes to do the same in all his future schools!

Jingyi Sun is currently working as a mentor at NOIC, providing IELTS instruction and university application guildance for international students from China.
